I get to go on a walk today! I am so excited! Sad isn’t it? Seriously… going from training 14 hours a week to getting to go for a 20 min rehab walk. Oh well.

So what are you going to do to move today?

I am thinking that you should do sprints. Yup.

5 min warm up

20 seconds runnnnnniinnnnggg

10 seconds rest.

5 min cool down jog and then stretch out a bit
