It’s long day Saturday so get ready to get your sweat on and if you even think about quitting just remember that I am about to freeze me tush off for the next 3 hours running and biking to get ready for Nationals, you can do it!

Warm up for 5 min

Start with plank jacks 20 seconds on 10 seconds off (get in plank and do jumping jacks with your feet) 8x

NO REST! Go right in to

Plank hold. 20 seconds hold 10 seconds rest 8x

NO REST! Go right in to

Jumping lunges 20 seconds on 10 seconds rest 8x
Cool down and stretch out!
