Looking for some ways to increase your fluid intake? Because lets face it. Most women don’t drink enough liquid and yes, herbal tea does count towards your “water” intake and can in fact be a great thing to add to your daily “do’s” as many teas have the advantage of minerals. Here is a yummy beverage that will freshen you up, warm you up and give you a shot of sweet.  I got an idea from a friend of mine in Oklahoma. I sliced of a generous portion of lemon and put it in the bottom of my mug. Boil some water and pour it over your lemon. Put a heaping teaspoon of maple syrup in to your lemon water and crush up your lemon with your spoon. Enjoy! Seriously… it’s crazy good.
