Smart Tip: Do NOT exercise on an empty stomach. The theory that you burn more fat with no available blood sugar is a myth. In fact, it can result in the loss of muscle tissue. So, make sure to get a healthy snack in you about 45 minutes before you train.

If you want a challenge today try doing 25 mason twists. Talk about an ab workout! You will feel it tomorrow.

Mason twist: Sit on your butt with your feet on the floor and your knees bent. Lean back slightly and bring your hands together in front of you. Raise your heels off the ground several inches. Bring your hands over to the right side, make sure that your torso twists with the movement and then swing your hands to the left. 25 reps. Lemme know how that feels.
